一、開放時間及收費金額：

二、使用集會廳應於5日前向機關提出申請，經核准並繳納使用費後始得使用。
三、使用人應負責維持集會廳秩序，不得喧嘩。
四、使用人對集會廳各項設備器材，應妥善維護，如有損毀，應照價賠償。
五、使用完畢應通知機關管理人員會同清場，不得逾時逗留。
Multi-Functional Conference Hall Regulations
The opening hours and the cost of rent:

13:00 – 17:00
19:30 – 21:30
- Deposit NTD 1000 (It is refundable with your receipt after the activity)
- Rental hours shorter than one session are also charge as one session fee. The cleaning fee is NTD 500.
- An extra NTD 300 fee is charged for using the air conditioning.
- An extra NTD 500 fee is charged for using the audio and video equipment.
- Application to rent this conference hall should be handed in five days prior to the activity. Applicants are allowed to use this room after permission and paying the fee.
- Applicants should be responsible for the order in this room.Talking aloud is not permitted.
- The user shall properly maintain the equipment and equipment of the room. If it is damaged, it shall be compensated according to the price.
- Applicants should be informed to clean this room together after the activity. Please leave before the close hours.
